Nadia is a highly experienced mental health counsellor with over 20 years of expertise spanning the corporate, NGO, and community sectors across Africa. Her extensive background includes counselling interventions, change management implementation, and training programme facilitation. Nadia works with a wide range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and children, offering a personalised and solution-focused approach tailored to each individual's unique preferences and needs.

Mpumi holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from WITS University and has completed her internship at Rahima Moosa Mother and Child Hospital and community service at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital’s Child and Family Unit. With a wealth of experience in public healthcare, Mpumi has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Although psychodynamically trained, she adopts a client-centred, integrative, and holistic approach to psychotherapy.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Social Science Honours degree in Psychology. Additionally, she has training in socio-emotional screening, authentic AAC support, Gestalt language processing, and trauma incident reduction (TIR) techniques. Currently, she is furthering her expertise as a registered social worker student.

Nina is a specialist wellness counsellor with an undergraduate degree as well as an Honours degree in psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, where her passion for mental health advocacy took root. Accredited with the ASCHP, she focuses on the profound impact of trauma on emotional well-being and guides clients toward resilience and self-compassion. Nina has worked with diverse groups, including trauma survivors, individuals affected by abuse and addiction, as well as couples navigating relationship challenges and those coping with loss and grief. With experience working at FAMSA, the National Centre for Child Protection, Rise Against Domestic Violence, and The Star Academy Centre for Autism, Savannah has gained expertise in delivering tailored counselling services.
